I’ve put together some slides about what skin type you could be? As it’s such a crucial part of make-up. If you’re getting married or if you’re trying to get together good routine it shouldn’t be hard or complicated or even expensive. It’s just about getting the right product and knowing your skin type.

If you have a good skin care base your make up is going look amazing.

As a Make Up Artist we do come in and apply some skincare. But it needs to be done consistently.

Good Make Up will look great on good skin, this doesn’t mean you have to have perfect skin but just means that you have to have the right products on and take care of your skin as above making sure you remove your make up wearing sunscreen and all the other great advice. If you’re bride to be or going to a special occasion and getting your makeup done, definitely worth having a look above. As Make Up Artist even though I’m not a skin specialist, I can definitely help to guide you with skincare and how to get the best out of your look for your special day.

Skin care and good skin care routine doesn’t have to be anything complicated but really will make a big difference and how you make up last, looks and finishes.

Key thing here is prep work- making sure skin is well hydrated and correct primer. Finally a great setting powder and setting spray. She wanted soft curls and an effortless half up half down look.

I loved how using a beautiful brown on the lips worked just as good as using red for the beautiful Asian bridal look. Even when I have suggestions from the client, I always try to show them both options so they can feel confident in which colours they want to use and I give my expert opinion. My stunning Client getting ready for her India baby shower. She wanted her eyes to pop but her make up to look natural. She had already sent me pictures of how she would like and images of her outfit so we could make them all compliment together. She also told me she doesn’t wear much make up day today and likes getting dressed up on the special occasions so with that information in mind I wanted to make sure both her hair and make up and her overall look fitted her Indian baby shower she was having.

It’s messages like this that make my job so worth it. I love what I do and do every client I have with pride and joy no matter what time (believe me ladies some of the times, social, family and personal sacrifices made out of love and passion for the job) This lady was such a sweetheart and I made sure she got the right look through exchanging pictures of the make up she wanted and the dress she had so on the day we already had a picture builder up of the look in mind. Along the way making sure by checking in between that the look was going in the right direction by checking in the mirror. Final look was gorgeous.
